SCOPE
Sushi Daily is a chain offering high quality sushi experiences with a focus on the customer’s experience. We were asked to transform a retail unit within Debenhams in Manchester into a fully functioning Sushi Daily.
OVERVIEW
We are not usually greeted with mannequins when we arrive on site, however in this case that’s exactly what we found. Turning this retail space into a restaurant environment would definitely come with challenges but Space were up to the task.
With an extremely tight two and a half week deadline Space pulled together its design, interiors, furniture and manufacturing teams to transform this area.
Space Interiors were responsible for the overall vision including creating the look and feel that Sushi Daily really loved. This involved preparing the space with suitable hygienic flooring, new wall finishes, new lighting and furniture. Our manufacturing team played a key role in the kitchen transformation by producing a range of specialist fabrication to meet the requirements of a busy kitchen and even fabricated a specialist UV knife draw specifically useful for a sushi environment.
This project involved working with Sushi Daily and Debenhams ( in which Susi Daily is located) to ensure both parties were happy with the finished product.
