SCOPE
The Grand Brighton Hotel appointed Space Group to transform their main bar, restaurant and orangery, a contemporary refurbishment while preserving the original features, such as the 155 year old marble columns. The restaurant is inspired by culture, heritage and travel; all while sourcing sustainable local produce.
OVERVIEW
What a grand project indeed, with the grand opening consisting of celebrities, music and lots of fizz! Space Group pulled together our design, interiors, furniture and manufacturing teams to deliver the refurbishment of the Grand Brighton Hotel. Our design team captured the new interior scheme into the visualisations and walk through animations. The dark cyan painted walls and ceilings, alongside the freshly sanded and stained floors provides a vibrant canvas to enhance the new interior decor. New and upholstered furniture was specified to tie in with the new interior scheme, including deep button back banquette seating to further enrich the high end look and feel of the hotel. Our manufacturing team created design specifications, supplied and installed the bespoke central island bar, with brand new tiered feature display. The upgraded bar is now home to the new live theatre cooking, creating a wonderful interactive atmosphere.
